The location, tucked away in a quiet street, provides a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The friendly staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

No major issues to report, everything was satisfactory.

Overall, it's good base for exploring Negombo attractions. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of meals. We were in the deluxe king room with a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a work desk.

We would recomand the place. The room rate is LKR 7761. Free wifi worked.

The free breakfast and ability to store my luggage were nice touches. The location was convenient, being close to the beach and transportation options. I also appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to help.

My Easter stay wasn’t great. The room was not as clean as I would have liked and there were some maintenance issues that needed attention.

We had 2 nights here in Feb, booked at last second through recommend , great value apartment staff lovely highly recommend and would defiantly stay here again. Many thanks for a brief but lovely stay.

They made me feel right at home. Secondly, the rooms were beautiful, with a comfortable king-size bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and served with great attention to detail. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money, service, and basic amenities.
